ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Ordering/Shipping From Behind Your Brand Boutique 

Behind Your Brand Boutique ships merchandise to the United States only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, unless your items states it's a preorder and will ship on/around the estimated date on the preorder. 

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.   

All preorders are subject to supplier availability and a refund will not be awarded unless the product has not been shipped to Behind Your Brand Boutique by 30 days of the anticipated date provided by Behind Your Brand Boutique at the time of the order. If you'd like to cancel for store credit, you can do so after 14 days. 

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be denied for any form of refund.


Return Policy

Behind Your Brand Boutique honors returns for store credit only with exclusions as noted below. All returns must be returned/postmarked within 10 days of the delivery of the item.

All jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned. 

All sale/clearance items, or items marked in .99 & .50 are FINAL and return, exchange or any form of credit will not be honored unless defective.

Merchandise must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed etc.), including tags attached like received (no adding the unattached tags in the box/or pockets etc). Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, smell of smoke, deodorant marks, dog hair, odors or any other issue at the digression of Behind Your Brand Boutique will be rejected for return for merchandise credit.  

Please make you've determined you qualify for a return from our policy before submitting a return request & sending. We will not send back in the event you are not eligible for unless you provide shipping payment or shipping label. 

You'll be issued a gift card exchange from our website platform for any eligible return items.

To submit a return request, please email us at hello@colorcodeconsult.com. Once submitted, our team will approve/deny based on the timeline, rules, etc.  After your approval, you'll be notified via email with instructions on what to do next including the send to address.

    Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3 business days and at that time we can issue you in store credit via email.
